Our Posie Policy

If a pre-made order is picked up by the recipient at Bwé Kafe and there is a question of quality regarding the florals, we ask that you contact Park & Bloom directly and immediately. We are happy to work with you and want to ensure all clients are happy and satisfied- because isn’t that the whole point of flowers?! We handle these rare instances on a case-by-case basis. 

Please note, any concerns expressed  beyond 24 hours after pick up cannot be accommodated. We also ask that you heed our advice provided on your Flower Care Card that is included in your order. 

We kindly request that all cancellations for floral orders must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up day of your order. If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered to The Flower Shop, no refund can be issued.
